I've become involved in many projects here in Edinburgh with a focus on real food and community. As well as being a Ballymaloe-trained chef, I have over seven years experience in project management, strategy and communications. What struck me since getting involved is how much that experience and knowledge is as useful to these projects as my deeper understanding of food, cookery and food culture.
